Christopher Logue was an award-winning poet, screenwriter, playwright, songwriter and maverick. Tonight expect an offbeat, affectionate celebration of Christopher's life.

One of the Liverpool Poets of the 1960s alongside Adrian Henri and Roger McGough who continues to write and perform his poetry as one of the most accessible and popular poets of today. He is well known for his best-selling children's collections including 'Gargling With Jelly'.

Kate Tempest
Kate is a prolific performance poet and rapper. She was commissioned earlier this year by Paines Plough to write her first play 'Wasted', which premiered at Latitude festival. She is also making her mark in the UK hip-hop scene with her band Sound Of Rum.

Christopher Reid
Christopher Reid was born in Hong Kong in 1949 and educated at Oxford.
In the '90s he was Poetry editor at Faber and worked especially closely with Ted Hughes during the last eight years of his life, subsequently editing The Letters of Ted Hughes (2007).
His own collections include A Scattering and The Song of Lunch (both 2009), Selected Poems (2011) and Nonsense (2012).
