DJ Cheap Date has been hiding in the antipodes for the last few years, spoiling those south of the equator with his eclectic blend of mix magic. His original DJ home is West London, where he is know to unleash twisted edits, classics, guilty pleasures and forgotten gems. Having supported the likes of Todd Terje, Mike Simonetti, Greg Wilson and a host of other disco dons in recent times, he knows where the funk is at.

Capracara is one of Jonathan Burnip's production aliases. Joining other practitioners of twisted 21st century acid house . Burnip's first Capracara 12" - 'Opal Rush'/'Flashback 86', snaking tracks heavily informed by Chicago house pioneers Adonis, Phuture, and Larry Heard - came out in 2006 through Soul Jazz.
