Six Characters In Search Of An Author

A rehearsing theatre company is interrupted by six strange figures who claim to be ‘characters’ abandoned by their author before their traumatic story was told. They persuade the director to allow them to act out their story. The result moves from comedy through melodrama to a shattering climax that questions the difference between illusion and reality.
