One of the last of the big band swing entertainers, Ray Gelato and his band, the Giants, are a hit all over the world with their mixture of jumping and swinging tunes. With sell out shows at Ronnie Scott's, The Blue Note NY and Milan, and many international festivals, this is unbeatable feel-good music. Ray Gelato (vocals and tenor sax) is considered by many to be one of the last in a long line of the classic jazz entertainers. Ray and his Giants play a mixture of swing, jazz and R&B that is unmistakably the band's own style.

Ray Gelato is probably the UK's foremost exponent of swinging good-time jazz, and following in the footsteps of Louis Prima, Louis Armstrong and Cole Porter, Gelato has been getting audiences jumpin’ and jivin’ since he picked up the saxophone in the late ‘70s.
