The Cure have announced they will play two special Christmas gigs in London this December.
The band will perform for two and a half hours on the nights of December 21st and 22nd at Hammersmith's Eventim Apollo, playing songs drawn from their entire 37 year old catalogue including deep cuts, pop songs, fan favourites and surprises galore!
Reprising the role they performed at the same venue 30 years ago, each concert will also feature And Also The Trees as support.
Earlier this year The Cure frontman Robert Smith revealed that the group's next album will be a mix of brand new material and unused material from 2008's '4:13 Dream', their most recent record. Smith said that he wanted that album to be a double, but a single album was eventually released.
