The Language Experiment: Peter Anderson
Fuelled by his obsession with the relationship between storytelling and visual representation, in this talk designer Peter Anderson will describe his highly evolved views on designing visual language. His experimental approach to design spans 20 years and includes a wide range of projects from TV titles to rebranding cities and counties.
His approaches to 2D and 3D typographical imagery and moving image are demonstrated through his high profile work with clients such as Moschino, the BBC, ITV, HBO, Puma, Ford, The British Council, The ICA Gallery, and EMI.
Television projects include titles for Dr Who, Eastenders, Hunted, The Shadow line, White Heat, Criminal Justice, and BAFTA nominated Primeval and films such as Moby Dick and The Awakening. He also created the much talked about graphic in-show system for Sherlock.
