Spin Cycle: A Sonic Journey Into The World Of Spin

The finale of Yan Tan Tethera – a season of events inspired by textiles and folk – sees sonic arts collective sampler-cultureclash cook up a storm of sampling shenanigans.

Bringing textiles, folk song and machines from the Isle of Skye to Cecil Sharp House, expect an evening of loops, oscillations and rotations.

There will be knitters, weavers, textile machines, traditional musicians and Gaelic song, combined with electronic, visual and sonic artists.
