Julian’s series of autobiographical solo shows in the early 2000s - Rebranding Mr God; Goodbye Seattle Coffee Company; You’ve Got to Love Dancing to Stick to It - established a cult audience for his unique brand of quirky electro-pop tales of everyman obscurity, which led to a well-loved Radio 4 series, Concrete Poetry, in 2006.
