The Monica Galetti Experience will consist of a day spent cooking with Monica, who is senior Sous Chef at Le Gavroche in London and is best known for co-presenting and judging BBC Two's MasterChef: The Professionals along with Gregg Wallace and Michel Roux Jr.

For The Monica Galetti Experience, guests can expect a thrilling day learning to cook from, and cooking alongside, Michel Roux Jr’s right-hand woman. The day will include two cooking demonstrations from Monica where she will explain her top cooking tips. After the first demonstration, attendees will have the opportunity to cook the dish themselves, guided and coached by Monica. Following the second demonstration, students will cook the final dishes before presenting them to Monica, facing her scrupulous inspection.

The day will end with everyone sat together at the table to enjoy the delicious food with some carefully selected fine wines, the perfect opportunity to chat with Monica more about food!
