Monika Ross

In an age of endless house sound-alikes, Monika Ross constantly raises her head above the barrier. A radio host, producer and DJ, the Aussie born spinstress built her grounding in Sydney before immersing herself in London's well nurtured house and techno scene.

It's been a breakthrough couple of years for Monika. 2013 saw her cut up the dance floor at the likes of Fabric London and Watergate Berlin amongst a string of performances across Spain, Italy, Australia and London. She's crowned resident for East London crew Melt Music and can be seen playing passionately behind the decks at their underground parties while captivating audiences across the globe.

Her debut "Dusk" EP on Uberbeat records in 2010 saw her show off her exceptional studio skills for the first time, leading to an array of releases on labels such as Serialism Records, Indepth and Metroline Limited. Monika's sound is deeply rooted into deep organic dub.
