An unprecedented opportunity to see the company dancers perform a special ‘Event’ staged by Merce Cunningham’s rehearsal assistant Jeannie Steele. The Event comprises sections from Cunningham’s repertoire danced within the art gallery setting. The performance will be followed by a Q&A with Alston, who studied with Cunningham in the 1970s.
