The Great Carmarthenshire Conker Contest
This old chestnut of an Autumn event is all set to be a cracking competition, with the action kicking off on Saturday October 25. The conker contest is just one of many activities over the course of the week: there will also be pumpkin carving, a scavenger hunt, make-your-own Autumn crowns and garlands plus conker model-making – and on Sunday (Oct 26) there will be a display by the fantastic Meirion Owen and his world-famous Quack Pack.
