Brutal Exposure: The Congo invites you to experience one of the first photographic campaigns in support of human rights. This free exhibition presents photographs taken by British missionary Alice Seeley Harris in the early 1900s. The photographs reveal the exploitation and brutality carried out under King Leopold II's regime in the Congo Free State.
