Light Lunchtime Lectures: Freeschool Lane – A History
Join us for one of our new informal monthly talks in the Room Upstairs on a wide range of subjects.
Now the focus of Lincoln's Cultural Quarter, Free School Lane has a fascinating history of religion, education, philanthropy, commerce and the arts. At its centre is a survivor; the 13th century home of the Grey Friars, which, since the dissolution of the monasteries, has had many and varied uses. Join Lesley Clarke as she uncovers the story of our amazing street!
