MMG Masterclass: The Role Of The Producer : Kipper
Grammy and Emmy winning producer Kipper is best known for his work on Sting’s biggest selling solo album ‘Brand New Day’ as well as platinum albums ‘All this time’ and ‘Sacred Love’. The albums he produced have sold in excess of 15 million copies and he has gone onto work with Stevie Wonder, James Morrison, Mary J Blige, James Taylor, Richard Marx, Clay Aiken and Chris Botti.
As well as producing he is an accomplished writer, musician and composer working with the likes of Gary Numan, Catherine Zeta Jones and Curtis Stigers as well as a number of Hollywood feature films. He has been Sting’s musical director for a number of years and continues to write and mix new and established artistes alike, and is always on the lookout for fresh and exciting talent.
