Performing Arts Summer School

Are you aged 7-11yrs old? Do you dream of being centre stage?! Would you like to work with other young performers to create a show? Yes! Then The Y is where you should be this summer!

Spend a week with us working with some of the best Performance Artists and Choreographers where you will learn to use your physical movements, facial expressions and voice to create interesting & inspired characters.

Lead Artist is Pete Lewis, Director of Galli Galli Theatre Co. Pete has over 15 yrs of experience performing, directing professionals and delivering specialist workshops. Pete and his team will guide you through fun workshops that will build your confidence and skills as an all-round performer.

That's not all! At the end of the week you will be performing on The Y's traditional Victorian Stage, for all your friends and family to see!
