Trouble In The Fields - The Songs Of Nanci Griffith, A Tribute
Nanci Griffith has written some of the finest and most enduring songs that have emerged from America in the last thirty years. In 2013, Pete and Maura Kennedy, close friends of Nanci and superb musicians in their own right, recorded an artists' tribute CD, Trouble In The Fields, featuring the very best songs in Nanci's canon. The Kennedys were so excited by the response that they decided to take a musical tribute to Nanci on the road. Joining them will be the wonderful Edwina Hayes, the only British based artist on their CD.
