Featuring a rousing collection of choral favourites, songs from the First World War and British anthems in the spectacular setting of Leeds Minster, the concert is set to be a patriotic flag waving affair with a mixture of inspiring British songs, intimate pieces and a spectacular ‘Last Night of the Proms’ style finale. A perfect way to start the summer, the evening will feature a host of special guests under the baton of award winning choral conductor and composer Tim Knight.
Leeds Male Voice Choir
Formed in 1916 at Broom Colliery in Middleton in Leeds, the choir has been singing across Yorkshire and beyond for almost a century.
