Christmas At Twilight
Take a break from gift wrapping and non-stop Slade, for an early evening injection of Christmas gladness and good cheer. Celebrating the spirit of midwinter festivities through the centuries, exceptional cellist Matthew Sharp, a cappella vocal trio Voice, and a group of musicians draw together Medieval harmonies, festive folk songs and carols for a unique Christmas concert.
In a holly-decked, candle-lit Howard Assembly Room, the spirits of Christmas past and present are invoked, through a wonderful array of music - from Tchaikovsky to Tavener - for the season.
