Christmas Craft Fair

This year, as well as Santa's Grotto, the Gregson will be having a magic show during the day, a craft demonstration, and they are putting on a craft
area for children to make decorations etc. The focus is on providing
stalls to crafters who make what they sell, so if this applies to you,
please read on!

The Gregson will give out stall spaces on a first come first served basis.
However, they will keep a reserve list in case people drop out or do not
pay for their stall on time. The prices for stalls are as follows: Large: £20 Small: £10

They have room plans available on request to show where the stalls are in
both the upstairs rooms and downstairs in the main hall. If you would like to book a stall please email Paul Batchelor gregsonfestivalgroup@aol.co.uk by 5.00pm on Friday 31st October at the
latest, telling him what size stall (large or small) you would like to
book. Paul will then email you the room plans so you can tell him where
you would prefer your stall to be, remembering that this is on a first
come first served basis. Once you let them know, they will reserve your stall and confirm via email, along with the details on how to make your payment.

You will need to pay in full for your stall by 5.00pm Monday 3rd
November. Any unpaid for stalls after that date and time will be given
to people on the reserve list and they will let you know that your
reservation has been cancelled. If you need to pull out of the fair
after you have paid, they will return your money if we are able to let out
your stall to someone else.
