The Straps
The Straps are an English streetpunk band, formed in 1977 in Battersea, South London. im Walker was a drummer for the band in the early 1980s. Other members included Andi Sexgang, and Simon and Jonathan Werner from The Pack, who later became Theatre of Hate. The Straps reformed in 1991 for a one off gig at the Brixton Academy, with some other original punk bands including Sham 69, UK Subs and The Lurkers. They still get together now and then to show the world punk ain't dead and to play alongside great punk bands.

Menace from Islington formed in 1976 and are well known for their singalong rant and rave song 'GLC' directed at the Greater London Council.

Night Of Treason
Playing originals and a smattering of classic punk rock, this energetic 5 piece have been wooing crowds from Glastonbury to Milan proving that rock n roll can still be fun. The new album 'Gentlemen and Hooligans' is out in March 2012, produced by Smiley Barnard (Joe Strummer, Robbie Williams, Archive, The Alarm) and with tracks mixed by Charles Rees (Paul Weller) and Stuart MacReedie (Fratelis, Blue Nile), it is worth getting hold of.
