WelcomeFest 2014

This year we're doing things a little differently at HUU. Say 'Goodbye' to Welcome Week and 'Hello' to WelcomeFest! This year we are your official welcome committee and will be bringing you not one week but three weeks packed full of both daytime and evening events.

If you're a first year we've got events to introduce you to your new city, campus and Union. We want you to discover everything that we have to offer as well as help you to meet new people and have an awesome first few weeks at uni. No matter if you are a local student, a post-grad or studying part-time, we've thought about all of you and there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

For our lovely returning students this year will be the best 'Welcome Back' ever! Your old favourites remain (Tower Beach party anyone?) but with the added bonus to loads of new events so that you will feel like a first year all over again. Remember it's never too late to get to know us, so forget what you think 'Freshers Week' is all about and check out WelcomeFest 2014 – it's going to be unforgettable.
