A Play, A Pie And A Pint - Hi Karate
A play by Louise Rose
Brian takes his daughter, Katie, to a new karate class in his village hall. Along with feisty Barbara and timid Tiffany, these disparate characters try to kick and punch their way out of the mess that is life. This is the first half of a full length play written for Hull Truck Theatre's PlayWrite course.
The A Play, a Pie and Pint series are readings of brand new plays from the region's most exciting playwrights. Enjoy the play with a pie and a pint (or a soft drink!)
Pies and pints will be served from 5:00pm approx and the performance will begin at 6:00pm prompt. Pies and pints can be taken into the Studio theatre and consumed during the show.
