BIT20 Ensemble return to hcmf//, this time under the direction of Baldur Brönnimann, to perform the world premiere of The Devotions by acclaimed Manchester-based composer Larry Goves. Commissioned by BIT20 Ensemble and hcmf//, the piece looks at personal interpretations of repetitive rituals as ways of measuring time, and will be broadcast live by BBC Radio 3 alongside new works by two of today's most important young Nordic composers - Anna Thorvaldsdottir and Jan Erik Mikalsen.
