Sattva Karate: Harrow Goju Ryu

We're a family friendly Karate club that welcomes people of all ages and experiences. The sole purpose of our Karate club in Harrow is to help the art of Karate to grow and flourish. The style of Karate we practice in Harrow is called Goju Ryu.

The Karate club is taught by Karan Bahal, who has been practicing Karate for more than 20 years.

There are many reasons to do Karate and regardless of the reason the benefits are boundless.

Karate will help you to build confidence, respect, honesty, discipline, understanding of the self and better your health for a healhier and happier life.

Karate is the way of the warrior to enlightenment!

Course takes place every Sunday.
Cost: £20.00 a month for children and adults, discounts available if more than one person enrolled from same family.
