Enter the Inventing Room

Inspired by the 50th anniversary of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory this year, Victoria will be running family workshops. These scrumdiddlyumptious sessions will explore food in a fun and exciting way, trying flavours from around the world, inventing Wonka chocolates, dressing up, taste testing and of course, making delicious treats to take home. Victoria’s first event ‘Enter the Inventing Room’ takes place on Thursday 30 October.

Baker extraordinaire Victoria Glass will also be using her creative culinary experience to run workshops at local schools. Under her guidance, the children will be exploring smell and taste with unusual ingredients such as yuzu juice, squid ink and popping candy. They’ll also be creating pieces of writing arising from these swishwiffling sensory experiences.
