Autumn Literature At Lunchtime Talks: Dr Jane Mackay
Literature enthusiasts can explore fascinating literary classics with Dr Jane Mackay’s monthly talks at the Guildhall this autumn. Gain a deeper understanding and insight into some of the world’s most beloved novels with her inspiring Lunchtime talks.
Some of the discussions will be followed at 2:00pm with film adaptations of the novels, with a special discount price of just £1.50 for those who have attended the talks. The 1971 adaptation of Death in Venice will be screened on 6 September, along with a screening of The Leopard on 4 October, finishing with the atmospheric film Onegin starring Ralph Fiennes on 1 November
