Closer
First performed at the Royal National Theatre in London in 1997, and staged around the world. Closer was also made into a film, which starred Jude Law, Natalie Portman, Clive Owen and Julia Roberts.
The play tracks the relationships between its four characters over the course of several years, as they swap partners on a continual search for love and lust.
