Caird Trust Fundraising Concert
Since its foundation in 1927, the Sir James Caird's Travelling Scholarship Trust has
helped generations of Scottish musicians, with past award winners ranging from
Kenneth McKellar and Sir Alexander Gibson, to Margaret Marshall and Malcolm
Martineau.
Hosted by the BBC's Jamie MacDougall, and with performances by Ian Burnside, Kate Valentine, and others, this concert is a unique opportunity to hear Caird scholars of international repute celebrating the Trust that helped launch their professional careers.
