Back On The Boards: 'Ma Baby' and 'A Silent Shore'

Estrada Creative Arts presents challenging new theatre drama performed by emerging and established creative talent. "Back On The Boards" follows the critically acclaimed "On The Boards" production with two powerful pieces.

'Ma Baby' is a monologue from a Glasgow single mother, who describes the emotional strain of bringing up her mentally disadvantaged child.

'A Silent Shore' is a full-length social realism drama dealing with the terminal stages of cancer in a young man. It is a sombre but authentic depiction of an individual coming to terms with illness and mortality. The play develops from the perspective of this man as his life draws inexorably to a close.
