Originally performed on the Broadway stage in 1971, and with the original London production running for over eight years and 3,358 performances, it had become the longest-running musical in West End history.

Jesus Christ Superstar is Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s first professional musical, receiving five Tony Award-nominations, and contains a host of well known songs, including I Don’t Know How to Love Him, Hosanna, Heaven on their Minds and the title song Superstar.
