To celebrate Dylan Thomas’s Centenary the team behind the Laugharne Weekend will be presenting three special festival weekends, each one inspired by a different aspect of Dylan’s talent.
The first Dylan Weekend will take place from the 2nd to 5th May 2014, with a celebration of poetry and theatre.
The finest performance poets will rub shoulders with their more literary confreres. There’ll be biographical symposia a go go and – on the theatrical side – a smorgasbord of Dylan related antics, culminating in the National Theatre of Wales putting on their very own reimagining of Under Milk Wood, set all over the township that inspired it.
