Wind Tunnel Concert
In collaboration with the Wind Tunnel Project, Farnborough Symphony Orchestra is embarking on a new venture to perform a concert in the historic 24 Foot Wind Tunnel on the old Royal Aircraft Establishment site.
The orchestra's founder, Sir Ben Lockspeiser, was amongst those involved in the design of the 24 Foot Tunnel and, over the years, many members have been involved in research work conducted in the facility. This historic link makes it particularly appropriate that, many decades on, the FSO should be performing in this Grade 1 listed venue.
