There's nothing like a funeral to bring out the worst in people. In Shelagh Stephenson's play, three estranged sisters with a long history of failing to get on, come together to make arrangements for their mother's cremation.

Throughout the play, the sisters struggle over who remembers which events more clearly, only to find that individual memories and experiences can become fuzzy.

Yet the age old tradition of recollecting family stories, bound by love, laughter, anger, and tears is still the centre of this bittersweet, life affirming comedy.
