Nancy Holt & Robert Smithson
August 1969 saw a short but significant moment within the lives of two leading international figures within the Land Art movement, Nancy Holt & Robert Smithson. At that time they travelled from the US to England and Wales, visiting sites from ancient ruins to landscaped gardens and industrial quarries. This major new exhibition showcases sculpture, photographic and film works produced during and resulting from this journey.
