Aquatics Live - The UK’s Largest Show For Fish And Reptile Keepers

Aquatics Live returns for its second year and is already the UK’s largest show for fish and reptile keepers. This year promises even more stunning varieties of aquarium and reptile displays, interactive features, renowned expert seminars as well as leading manufactures and retailers. Aquatics Live guarantees a fun day out for all the family - inspiration, information and demonstrations to amaze, entertain and educate both children and adults.

Features include hands on interactive Aquascaping Activity Zone, Reef Building workshops as well as a Family Activity Zone with fishy face-painting, arts and crafts and modeling. Life-size inflatable models of dolphins, sharks and whales from the Marine Wildlife Show will be illustrating talks on conservation, responsibility and sustainability and you can even take along a sample of your home aquarium water to be analysed by experts. Last year's popular Crocodiles of the World display will also be returning with the latest news on worldwide conservation.

Exhibitors, clubs and associations will be displaying a colourful variety of tropical, marine and cold water fish, plants and corals as well as snakes and other reptiles with specialists on every stand to share their knowledge and expertise, whilst some of the world's leading manufacturers and UK retailers will be showcasing their latest products with some exceptional offers exclusive to the show.

In two seminar theatres some of the world’s most celebrated aquatic experts will be giving talks for beginners and experienced hobbyists as well as participating in a daily Q&A session. Speakers include world-renowned writer and explorer Heiko Bleher, shrimp and crustacean expert Chris Lukhaup, inspirational aquascaping and authentic aquarium habitats creator James Starr-Marshall as well as one of the world’s leading experts in captive coral care Joe Yaiullo, curator of the Long Island Aquarium in New York. Also John Berry, expert reptile carer, breeder, writer and venomous snake handler will be speaking in the Reptile Forum with more names still to be announced!
