Edinburgh Festival Fringe: Werther's Sorrows
A new play by Duncan Gates based on the epistolary novel by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.
Goethe's classic follows young Werther and his doomed love for another man's wife.
'Werther's Sorrows' is a study of innocence, betrayal and emotional manipulation updated to contemporary Britain, which asks whether any of us can truly perceive the nature of love.
Time Zone Theatre
London-based theatre company founded in September 2011 with the aim of encouraging collaboration between British and International performers.
