Rebecca Ferguson has announced a headline UK tour for March / April 2014 in support of her new album, Freedom, which is due to be released on 2nd December.

The tour will kick off with a show at London's O2 Shepherds Bush Empire on March 16th, and includes stops in Bournemouth, Brighton and Cardiff.

Ferguson will play a homecoming show at Liverpool's Echo Arena Two on March 23rd and the jaunt will draw to a close in Belfast on April 12th.

Freedom serves as the follow-up to Ferguson's debut album Heaven, which shifted 590,000 copies in the UK, peaking at number three on the album chart.

Freedom features the star's latest single 'I Hope', as well as new tracks 'All That I've Got', 'My Best', 'Hanging On' and 'Bridges', which is a duet with John Legend.
