Julian Lloyd Webber, Yuri Simonov, Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra

Yuri Simonov is Chief Conductor of the Moscow Philharmonic and they have flourished under his direction for fifteen years. He has directed them over many successful tours, at home and abroad, performing at the world's biggest festivals and gracing the stages of the best concert halls, including the Usher Hall.

Described by The Strad magazine as 'the doyen of Bristish cellists' Julian Lloyd Webber is widely regarded as one of the finest musicians of his generation. Simonov conducts him in a perfromance of one of the most popular works in the repertoire, Elgar's Cello Concerto.
