It creates a surreal experience and commentary on all aspects of the recruitment process, relives pre-interview nerves, anxiety driven cringe-worthy antics, the self-inflating statements you wish you hadn't said, over-imaginative fears of rejection and that desire for the ground to open and just swallow you up.
