Enrichment Day

Come along to the Zoo for a fantastic chance to see our animals as they tackle unique environmental enrichment activities.

In the morning you'll get the chance to make some enrichment objects for our animals in the Budongo Trail, and in the afternoon watch the animals as they interact with the items you have made.

You'll be able to see animals scavenging for food and exploring objects that stimulate their natural behaviours. The keepers will be on hand to explain their behaviours and why enrichment is vital for the animals.
