Mindfulness Stress Reduction
In six sessions you can discover how to reduce stress, make peace with yourself and always 'be' where you really are, in the life you really have.
Each session will include a period of 'mindful relaxation / meditation'
Where the calming beauty of the practice can be experienced; then closes with time for reflection and discussion.
