Hugh Ockendon

A night of combining a delicious 3 course menu and romantic music from Hugh Ockendon. A choice of starter from carrot and coriander soup, prawn cocktail, fan of melon with passion fruit and duck, pork and redcurrant pate. Main courses - chicken breast stuffed with a wild mushroom and Dijon mustard duxelle wrapped in bacon and puff pastry, minted lamb chops topped with a redcurrant port sauce, poached salmon topped with a saffron and sorrel white wine cream sauce or spinach, tomato, mushroom and brie pancake.

Followed by a selection of assorted desserts and coffee.
