Children aged five and over can follow the story of semi-famous puppeteer ‘Frank Stein’, who has had enough with his badly made puppets. They stop him from achieving his great potential as a performer.

So, taking inspiration from his most infamous ancestor, the scientist Dr Frankenstein, and with the help of the audience he creates a new real live puppet that is destined to change his life forever!

The result is Creature George, who emerges from the workshop – innocent and willing to learn, but Frank is so focussed on a planned rehearsal that he neglects to look after his new child.

Supported by Arts Council England and Freshney Place Shopping Centre, this high quality show, which runs for just under an hour will make for the perfect Halloween treat.
