The Military Wives, The Band of Royal Anglian Regiment (TA)

A choir of Military Wives, The Band of The Royal Anglian Regiment and Guests.

There are approximately 75 Military Wives choirs throughout the UK; Germany; Cyprus and the Falklands which are either established or being developed under the guidance of The Military Wives Foundation. Representatives of The Military Wives choir have released two number 1 albums, a number one Christmas single and appeared at numerous memorable occasions including the opening of the 2012 Olympic Stadium and contributed to the Gary Barlow and Andrew Lloyd Webber written 'Sing' to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, as well as winning a Classical BRIT.

Tonight's show comprises of a specially selected regional Choir of Military Wives as well as The Band of The Royal Anglian Regiment, compered by BBC TV and Radio's Sqdr Ldr Howard Leader.

Proceeds from this concert will go to The Military Wives Foundation to continue and encourage the development of choirs across the UK and also to Help The Hereos and selected RAF charities.
