La Nova Singers

Female vocal ensemble La Nova Singers present the perfect Sunday afternoon: nostalgic hits of the First World War; classical music by composers such as Elgar, Holst and Debussy; and a rousing Proms-style finale that will have you singing from your seat! All this, plus a delicious vintage-style cream tea courtesy of the award-winning Kings Arms, served in the beautifully restored Pavilion on the bowling green.

The Christchurch-based choir are renowned for their unique blend of voices and their exquisite harmonies. They have been described as "one of the best - if not THE best - choral groups around".

In honour of the centenary of World War 1, the singers will perform in period costume. A donation from the proceeds of this event will go directly to UK military charity Help For Heroes.
