Regent Rep are back with a deadly comedy for a dark November night!

The Ladykillers is a classic black comedy; a sweet little old lady, alone in her house, is pitted against a gang of criminal misfits who will stop at nothing. Posing as amateur musicians, Professor Marcus and his gang rent rooms in the lopsided house of sweet but strict Mrs Wilberforce. The villains plot to involve her, unwittingly, in Marcus' brilliantly conceived heist job. The police are left stumped but Mrs Wilberforce becomes wise to their ruse and Marcus concludes that there is only one way to keep the old lady quiet.

Based on the original 1955 film starring Alec Guinness and Peter Sellers, this sparkling new adaptation by Graham Linehan (Father Ted, The Fast Show, The IT Crowd) is a laugh-out-loud, inventive comedy which will change the way you look at little old ladies and violin cases forever!

All performed by the Regent Centre's in-house production company, who brought you Allo Allo, An Inspector Calls and Dad's Army, and enjoyed huge success at the 2013 Edinburgh Festival and finalists in SkyArts ''Nation's Best AmDram''.
