Anna's Art Group: Mixed Media By Mixed Up People

Renowned Millhams Street artist, Anna Sims, runs a series of highly successful art classes at her home in Christchurch. The Art Group will be coming together with Anna to present another combined exhibition at the town’s Regent Centre.

Anna’s pupils will each be submitting a few pieces of their work for the exhibition. The work will be in mixed media of pastels, watercolours, oils and pencil drawings. The subjects will range from local land and seascapes to still life and portraits.

The exhibition will also feature a few of Anna’s own oil paintings. Anna has twice had work accepted by the Royal Academy. In addition, her husband, Alan, will be exhibiting a couple of his exquisite carvings in lime and mahogany.
