John Law Trio
Described as a hybrid of Cecil Taylor and Keith Jarrett and, by Jazzwise magazine. as 'one of Europe's most adventurous pianists', John Law studied classical music and has been active in playing improvised music since 1988. His latest trio features virtuoso bassist Yuri Golubev, along with Daoud Merchant, one of the UK's most sought after young drummers. The music is a wonderfully fluent and beautifully melodic mix of John's great originals with the occasional Jazz standard mixed in.
