International Concert Series

The St Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra is Russia's longest-established orchestra. Formed in 1882 it has worked with the greatest Russian conductors of the last hundred years, reaching back to Tchaikovsky himself. They return to St David's Hall with the drama of Shakespeare's star-crossed lovers, the towering tragedy of Tchaikovsky's (Pathétique) Symphony and are joined by three of today's great soloists for a rare performance of Beethoven's Triple Concerto.
